Savannah Man Arrested on Sex Offender Registration Charge

A Savannah man was arrested on a sex crime charge Saturday night in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 63-year-old Kim J. Douglas was arrested on a preliminary charge of failure to register as a sex offender.
Douglas was taken to the Andrew County Sheriff’s Department and booked on a 24-hour hold.
