Savannah Man Hurt and Arrested Following Tuesday Accident
A Tuesday night accident has left a Savannah man with moderate injuries and some legal troubles.
According to Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Savannah resident Warner D. Davison was driving a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer northbound on Andrew County Route C at 9:15 P.M. Tuesday when the vehicle went off the east side of the roadway and overturned coming to rest on its wheels facing northwest.
Davison was not wearing a seat belt and suffered moderate injuries.
The Highway Patrol arrested Davison on charges of driving while intoxicated via alcohol, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and not wearing a seat belt. He was released for medical treatment of his injuries and taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph by Andrew County EMS.
