Scrub Seal Project on Route 190 in Daviess County Begins Today
Crews working on the series of scrub seal projects moving across Northwest Missouri are set to start on Route 190 in Daviess County.
Vance Brothers, Inc., working with Mo-Dot, plan to start the scrub seal on Route 190 between the Grundy County line and Route F today (Thursday). They anticipate this should only take two working days and will be complete on Friday, August 21.
During the scrub seal operation, the roadway will be reduced to one lane with flaggers and a pilot car directing motorists through the work zone. Drivers will experience delays, both directions, as they must wait for a pilot car. Drivers entering from a side road onto the route being sealed must also wait for a pilot car.
