Series of Local DWI Arrests over Holiday Weekend
There were several DWI arrests over the holiday weekend.
Despite the usual warnings of potential accidents due to weather conditions or potential arrest, the Missouri Highway Patrol reports several arrests of intoxicated drivers in Northwest Missouri.
Thirty-nine-year-old Jonathan L. Taylor of Kansas City was charged with a Class B Misdemeanor DWI along with speeding and not having insurance in Caldwell County Thursday afternoon at 1:06.
James H. Stewart, a 27-year-old from Liberty, was arrested at 9:46 pm Thursday for a misdemeanor DWI, speeding, and not having valid plates in Clinton County.
At 10:44 pm, 31-year-old Ram L. Cuan of Kansas City, Kansas was arrested in Buchanan County for misdemeanor DWI, failing to signal, and not having insurance.
At 11:49 pm, 51-year-old Heather R. Faudel of Trimble was arrest in Clinton County and charged with a misdemeanor DWI.
A short time later, 50-year-old Michael D. Collett of Tonganoxie, Kansas was arrested in Grundy County at 11:57 pm and charged with a Class B misdemeanor DWI and failing to display valid plates.
At 1:11 am Friday, 56-year-old Jerry W. Yochim of Brookfield was arrested in Clinton County for a misdemeanor DWI and a second degree assault.
At 1:13 am 18-year-old Marshall C. Kennedy of Cameron was arrested in Clinton County for a misdemearno DWI, failing to dim headlights, and driving without a license.
In Andrew County, 47-year-old William L. Petitt from Olathe, Kansas was arrested and charged with a felony DWI as a persistant offender and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway at 1:41 am.
In Harrison County, 31-year-old Levi W. Wedgeworth of Bethany was arrested and charged with his first DWI at 1:47 am.
At 3:08 am, 51-year-old Melody R. Allison of Rock Port was arrested in Nodaway County. She had a prior DWI and was also charged with careless and imprudent driving involving a crash.
Thirty-seven year old Ashley L. Smith of Bolckow was arrested at 10:35 pm Saturday in Andrew County and charged with a DWI as a prior offender, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and not wearing a seat belt.
In Livingston County, 20-year-old Robert T. Marmon of Paola, Kansas was arrested at 10:39 pm Saturday and charged with a DWI and speeding.
Sunday at 1:46 am, 26-year-old Trevor Holcomb of Gallatin was arrested in Clinton County and charged with a DWI, failing to signal, and failing to stop at a stop sign.
And finally at 3:34 am on Sunday, 20-year-old Everett J. Pautvein of Smithville was arrested in Buchanan County and charged with a DWI, speeding, resisting arrest, and possession of another ID.
