Serious Injury in Carroll County Crash

A man suffered a serious injury in a crash in Carroll County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Brandon D. Stoner of Norborne was driving south on US-24 Highway Monday afternoon when he failed to stop at a stop sign at County Road 21.
He was struck by a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Nelson H. Fay of Laclede who had been headed east.
Fay was injured and taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital by Carroll County EMS.
