Sheridan Man Arrested For Felony DWI & Other Traffic Charges

A Sheridan, Missouri man was arrested late Wednesday for felony level driving while intoxicated and numerous other traffic charges.

According to the Highway Patrol, 62-year-old Sheridan resident Russell L. Troutwine was arrested at 10:21 P.M. Wednesday on charges of felony driving while intoxicated as a habitual offender, felony driving while revoked or suspended, failing to drive on the right half of a roadway, failing to equip a motor vehicle or motor drawn vehicle with two approved red tail lamps, unlawfully operating a utility vehicle on a highway for agricultural purposes between sunset and sunrise without proper lighting, and failing to signal or give proper signals when stopping or turning.

Troutwine was booked into the Mount Ayr, Iowa Sheriff’s Department on a 24-hold to await the filing of formal charges.
