Three area residents were arrested on drug charges this past week in Livingston County.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says deputies, and Chillicothe Police, arrested 41-year-old William “BJ” Knouse Saturday during a traffic stop.

Knouse was arrested on preliminary charges of delivery of a controlled substance of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending the filing of formal charges.

Deputies also report responding to a suspicious vehicle Monday morning, one ultimately stopped on Highway 36 near Utica.

Authorities report arresting Wheeling residents 39-year-old Angela Stock and 24-year-old Spencer Pittman-Oleson.

The two were arrested on preliminary charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stock and Pittman-Oleson were released pending the filing of formal charges.
