Skidmore Man Overturns Vehicle Avoiding Deer

A man from Skidmore overturned his vehicle while avoiding a deer in Nodaway County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 31-year-old Ralph L. Tackett was heading west on Route V at 11:15 pm Wednesday.
He swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway and traveled off the north side of the road and struck an embankment. The vehicle overturned onto its top with Tackett suffering a moderate injury.
He was taken to Mosaic in Maryville by Nodaway County Ambulance.
