South Harrison Board Receives ESSER III Funding Timeline Update

South Harrison Superintendent Dennis Eastin says South Harrison’s district does have some plans for the federal ESSER III funding that is coming from the federal government. During Monday’s meeting the superintendent told South Harrison board members that ESSER III funding will not be available until the funding plans and budget review are finalized.

South Harrison School Board members approved a recommendation of Jackson Rumpf as High School Football and Track Grounds Crew member for the 2021-22 school year. The board approved their Certified Substitute List, a request for Cherri Delameter to be a paraprofessional substitute, and accepted a resignation from Kirk Pugsley as a full time bus driver. He will continue as a substitute bus driver. Deborah Watson has resigned as library assistant. Rebecca Quitty was hired for that position.
