BETHANY, MO – South Harrison High School Counselor Chandelar Hagan has been named as the 2022 High School Counselor of the Year by the Northwest Missouri School Counselors Association at their spring meeting held on Friday on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University.
The Association consists of schools in 18 counties in Northwest Missouri.
Hagan studied Psychology and Guidance and School Counseling at Northwest Missouri State University.
