Spickard Man Arrested on Felony Warrant Sunday in Grundy County

Troopers report the arrest of a Spickard man Sunday morning in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 32-year-old Menno E. Stutzman on a felony warrant from the Wayne County, Iowa Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while intoxicated.
Authorities booked Stutzman into the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center on no bond.
