A St. Joseph man was arrested early this (Monday) morning in Andrew County on a long list of charges including a pair of felonies for fleeing.

Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 21-year-old St. Joseph resident Caleb C. kerns was arrested at 1:02 A.M. on charges of felony resisting arrest by fleeing, driving while suspended, failing to receive a title for a motor vehicle, failing to register a motor vehicle, no proof of insurance and not having a motorcycle endorsement on his drivers license.

Kerns was also found to be wanted on a misdemeanor warrant from the St. Joseph police for driving while suspended and a felony warrant out of the Osceloa, Missouri Police for resisting arrest.

Kerns was booked into the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office to await bond.
