A pair of outstanding warrants has landed a sSt. Joseph man behind bars.
Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 30-year-old St. Joseph resident Chad A. Oliphant at 10:34 A.M. Wednesday on a felony warrant from Buchanan County for child neglect and a misdemeanor Buchanan County warrant for forgery.
Oliphant was booked into the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center to await bond.
