St. Joe Man Hits Big on Lottery Scratcher

A St. Joseph man has hit it big on a Missouri Lottery scratchers game.

According to Lottery officials, Karl Rupp of St. Joseph won $100,000 playing the “Jumbo Bucks” Scratchers game. He purchased his winning ticket at the Speedy’s Convenience Store on Riverside Road in St. Joseph.

“Jumbo Bucks” is a $5 Scratchers game. Lottery officials say the game still has more than $4 million in unclaimed prizes.
