St Joe Officer Charged with Assault

An Officer from the St. Joseph Police Department has been charged with assault.

Sgt. James Langston allegedly struck Navada M. McEvoy who was under arrest repeatedly with an open hand on April 6th.

Sgt. Langston has been charged with misdemeanor 4th-degree assault according to Missouri’s Casenet system.
