St. Joe Woman Arrested On Drug and Driving Charges

A St. Joseph woman was arrested late Monday night on a drug possession and driving charges.
Troop H of the Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 59-year-old St. Joseph resident Carla M. Koelliker at 11:55 P.M. Monday on charges of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, driving while intoxicated via drugs, failing to register a motor vehicle, driving while revoked, failing to signal, and failing to drive on the right half of a roadway.
Koelliker was booked into the Buchanan County law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
