St. Joseph Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on a trio of driving charges Sunday night in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 29-year-old Joshua C. Newberry was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
Newberry was taken to the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
