St. Joseph Man Arrested on Driving Pair Wednesday in Buchanan County

Troopers report the arrest of a Saint Joseph man Wednesday evening in Buchanan County on two driving charges.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 49-year-old Roy E. Helton-Ball on preliminary charges of felony driving without a valid license and misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Authorities booked Helton-Ball into the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office on a 24-hour hold.
