St. Joseph Man Arrested on Driving Trio Thursday

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on a trio of driving charges Thursday in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Paul D. Massey was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, and speeding.
Massey was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
