St. Joseph Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Trio in Buchanan County

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on a trio of drug and driving charges Tuesday evening in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 33-year-old Christopher S. Torngren was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to display valid plates.
Torngren was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
