St. Joseph Man Arrested on Felony Driving Charge Sunday

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on two driving charges Sunday morning in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 53-year-old Jeffrey O. Betts was arrested on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated and speeding (104/65).
Betts was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
