St. Joseph Man Arrested on Four Charges in Buchanan County

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on four charges Sunday morning in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 38-year-old Darrell A. Kellogg was arrested on preliminary charges of receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kellogg was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
