St. Joseph Man Arrested on Three Charges in Buchanan County

A Saint Joseph man faces three charges in an arrest Thursday in Buchanan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 38-year-old James M. Jeffries was arrested on preliminary charges of felony failure to register as a sex offender, possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffries was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
