St. Joseph Man Arrested on Three Charges in Platte County

Troopers report the arrest of a Saint Joseph man on a trio of charges Tuesday evening in Platte County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 45-year-old Michael J. Messa on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and resisting arrest.

Authorities booked Messa into the Platte County Jail.
