St. Joseph Man Arrested on Three Driving Charges in Daviess County

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on a trio of driving charges Wednesday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 24-year-old Jeremy J. Osburn was arrested on preliminary charges of speeding, invalid registration, and driving while intoxicated.
Osburn was taken to the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail and booked on a 12-hour hold.
