St. Joseph Man Arrested on Three Drug Charges Wednesday

A Saint Joseph man was arrested on a trio of drug charges Wednesday in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 27-year-old Kyler J. Rascoe was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while intoxicated via drugs.
Rascoe was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
