St. Joseph Man Charged in Alleged New Year’s Murder

A Saint Joseph man will appear for a March preliminary hearing on a murder charge from New Year’s Day.
Court documents say Nicholas P. Minear faces a felony charge of second-degree murder.
Records list that charge from January 1.
The court denied the bond for Minear on February 17.
He is next due in Buchanan County Court on March 1 at 1:30 p.m.
