A Saint Joseph man faces a felony sex crime charge in Buchanan County Court.
Court documents say Timothy Edward Brown faces a felony charge of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy – deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years of age.
Records list the charge from May 2019.
The court denied Brown’s bond on Friday.
