St. Joseph Man Charged With Two Felonies in Moniteau County

A Saint Joseph man faces two felony charges in Moniteau County Court.

Court documents say Michael Ray Cartner faces felony charges of first-degree sodomy and second-degree kidnapping.

Records list both charges from August 2019.

Bond for Cartner was set last week at 50-thousand dollars cash or surety.

Cartner was also fitted with a GPS monitor and ordered to have no contact with the victim or any minor females.

Future court dates have not yet been set.
