St Joseph Man Facing A Multitude Of Felony Charges

(ANDREW COUNTY, MO) – A St Joseph man is facing a multitude of felony charges, following an Andrew County arrest just before 1:20 A.M. today (Friday).

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Skyler J. Smith on felony resisting arrest and two felony possessions of a controlled substance

He was also arrested on charges of DWI for drug intoxication, speeding, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, failing to have two lighted headlamps, failing to register the motor vehicle, and failing to drive on the right half of roadway.

Smith was booked on a 24-hour hold in the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office.
