St. Joseph Man in Clay County Court Tomorrow on Felony Pair

A Saint Joseph man will appear in Clay County Court Tuesday on two felony charges.
Court documents say Brian Zug faces felony charges of driving while intoxicated-causing the death of another and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Records list the charges from January 14.
The court set Zug’s bond at 100 thousand dollars.
Zug pleaded not guilty on January 17 and will appear for a bond reduction hearing on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m.
