St. Joseph Man in Court Tomorrow on Felony Sex Crime Charge

An arraignment is set Friday for a Saint Joseph man facing a felony sex crime charge.

Court documents say Eric A. Riser faces a felony charge of second-degree child molestation of a child less than 12 years of age.

Records list that charge from November 28, 2019.

Bond for Riser was issued Tuesday at five-thousand dollars cash, plus a 20-thousand dollar surety bond.

Riser was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Riser is due in Buchanan County Court Friday morning at 8:15.
