A Saint Joseph man faces a felony weapons charge in Buchanan County Court.
Court documents say Nicholas Glen Newton faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Records list the charge from Tuesday.
The court denied Newton’s bond.
Newton will make an initial court appearance Friday at 8:30 a.m.
