St. Joseph Pair Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Drug Charges

A hearing is set for two Saint Joseph residents facing felony drug charges.

Court documents say Carl Lee Wallace and Heidi Michelle Arnold face two felony charges of second-degree trafficking drugs.

Records list those charges from Monday.

Wallace and Arnold both entered a “not guilty” plea Wednesday.

Wallace is next due in Clay County Court January 19 at 9:00 a.m.

Arnold is due back January 14 at 1:30 p.m.
