St. Joseph Teen Arrested on Four Charges Sunday in Platte County

A Saint Joseph teen was arrested on four charges, including one felony, Sunday in Platte County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 17-year-old Carter N. Roberts was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting arrest by fleeing, speeding, committing a lane violation, and not wearing a seat belt.
Roberts was taken to the Platte County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
