St. Joseph Woman Arrested on Driving Pair Late Wednesday Night

A Saint Joseph woman was arrested on a pair of driving charges Wednesday night in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 60-year-old Debby V. Webster was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender and failure to signal.
Webster was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
