St. Joseph Woman Arrested on Drug and Driving Charges in Buchanan County

A Saint Joseph woman was arrested on drug and driving charges Thursday afternoon in Buchanan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 39-year-old Tiffany R. Stanton was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, failure to register a motor vehicle, and not wearing a seat belt.

Stanton also had an outstanding warrant from Saint Joseph Police for failure to appear on an original charge of property nuisance.

She was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
