St. Louis School Shooting Victims at Missouri Capitol to Talk About Gun Violence, Address Lawmakers

(MISSOURINET) – That’s April Shepard, a sophomore from Central Visual and Performing Arts High School in St. Louis – the site of a deadly shooting last October. A large group of victims of that school shooting were at the Missouri Capitol Tuesday to talk about gun violence and to address lawmakers. A 19-year-old gunman opened fire at the school – leaving a teacher and student dead as well as seven injured. The shooter, who was shot dead by police officers, was a former student at the school.
