Stanberry Man Injured in Gentry County Crash Monday Afternoon

A Stanberry man suffered injuries in a Gentry County crash Monday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 2:36 Monday afternoon on U.S. 136, about four miles west of Stanberry, as 31-year-old Bryar E. Ginther drove westbound.

Troopers say Ginther failed to negotiate a curve, went off the east side of the road, struck two highway signs, overturned, and came to a rest in a ditch.

Ginther suffered moderate injuries and sought treatment at Mosaic in Maryville.

Authorities say Ginther did wear a seat belt at the time of the crash.
