Stanberry School Receives Positive Building Safety Review

Stanberry Superintendent John Davison announced that the district was not chosen in the second round of funding for the Safe Schools Grant. Stanberry held their October meeting on Monday night. Stanberry was chosen in the first round of funding. The district still has some funds available from the first allotment that will be used this year for safety upgrades.

The board received a positive review of the new campus building construction. The insurance provider for the district stated that the project put a clear emphasis on student and staff safety.

A group of staff members met last week to discuss the Stanberry Bulldog Pride Fund which was established last year. A brochure will be created to send out to alumni, businesses, and will be posted on social media sites.
