(Missourinet) A student-run coffee shop is teaching a group of Missouri seniors the grind of running a business.
At Fort Osage School District, near Kansas City, an entrepreneurial class works at the shop, cleverly named Campus Grounds.
Sidney Sullivan is taking the class and whipping up frappes, lattes, espresso, and other tasty drinks.
The shop also has food and pastries, which are prepared by the school’s culinary arts class of budding chefs and foodies.
The class and shop have been around since 2021.
