Texas Fugitive Arrested Sunday Morning In Harrison County

A Texas man considered to be a fugitive was arrested Sunday morning in Harrison County.

According to the arrest report from Troop H of the Highway Patrol, 61-year-old Bandera, Texas resident Scott J. Hobbs was arrested at 10:30 A.M. Sunday as a fugitive from out of state and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hobbs was booked into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center where he is being held without bond.
