Texas Man Arrested in Mercer with Cocaine

A Texas man in possession of cocaine was arrested in Mercer County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested Justin J. Caballero from San Antonio at 9:46 pm Tuesday according to a report.
He was charged with felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of synthetic marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Caballero was taken to the Mercer County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
