Three Injured in Ray County Crash Tuesday

A Ray County Crash Tuesday afternoon left three with injuries.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on Rattlesnake Road, a half mile north of East 212th Street, when a vehicle driven by 71-year-old Cowgill resident Charles L. Tanner was heading southbound.

Troopers say Tannner’s Buick began sliding on gravel, travelled off the road, and struck a fence.

Tanner and two passengers from Polo, 52-year-old Christopher L. Tanner and a 13-year-old boy, all suffered minor injuries and were taken to Ray County Hospital for treatment.

Troopers say all three were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
