Three Minors Injured in DeKalb County Accident

DEKALB COUNTY, MO – Three minors were injured when the vehicle they were in left the roadway and overturned Thursday afternoon near Clarksdale.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 17-year-old male driver from Clarksdale was making a left turn from Highway 31 onto SW Patton Road when the vehicle went off the roadway. The car then returned to the roadway, went off the opposite side, and overturned. It came to rest on its top.

Three occupants, two 15-year-old females and a 16-year-old male from Maysville were all taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. The 15-year-old girls had minor injuries. The 16-year-old male suffered moderate injuries.
