Traffic Stop Ends in Arrest with Assist from K-9 in Chillicothe

A K-9 assist at a traffic stop in Chillicothe ended in the arrest of two people.

AT 1:56 pm, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Ryan Ln. and S. Washington St. The K-9 Enoch was utilized during the stop and Officers arrested a 33-year-old male and 26-year-old female for possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

They were processed at the Police Department and transported to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail and held pending the filing of formal charges.
