Traffic Stop Gets Richmond Woman Arrested On Warrant

A Richmond woman was arrested Tuesday morning after she was found to be wanted on a felony warrant during a traffic stop.

Troop A of the Highway Patrol says 47-year-old Richmond resident Rebecca S. McGinnis was arrested at 9:46 A.M. Tuesday in Ray County on a felony board of probation and parole warrant. She was also cited for not wearing a seat belt.

McGinnis was booked into the Ray County Jail where she is being held without bond.
