Trenton Man Arrested on Driving Handful in Clinton County

A Trenton man was arrested on a handful of driving charges Thursday evening in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 31-year-old Earl D. Ireland was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, not having a valid license, speeding, failure to driving in a single lane causing immediate threat of an accident, and not wearing a seat belt.

Ireland was taken to the Clinton County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
