Trenton Man Arrested on Drug Charges

A man from Trenton was arrested on drug charges.
Court documents state that 43-year-old Richard Dale Leeper was in possession of black digital scales on September 16 that tested positive for methamphetamine.
He was arrested Monday for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and is being held on a $3000 cash-only bond awaiting a court appearance on October 12.
