Court documents charge a man from Trenton with failing to register as a sex offender.
Brandon Tyler May was been formally charged with the felony as of August 12. Bond has been set at $5000 cash-only.
A search of Missouri’s Casenet system reveals May was previously incarcerated for second-degree child molestation back in 2009 after a guilty plea. He also plead guilty to felony sexual misconduct or attempt with a child under 15 years of age.
